Classic Tech Issuing an IPO to the Public


Kathmandu. Internet and network service provider Classic Tech will now become a public limited company. The company has informed that the necessary process for going public company has reached its final stage.

Along with this, the company will issue an initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. Established in 2009, Classic Tech has been providing internet and intranet services from 106 outlets and branches in 74 districts.

In the coming days, the company aims to expand its services to other locations and provide high-speed services at reasonable prices. Along with this, the company has been providing direct and indirect employment to more than two thousand people in its branch offices across Nepal.

Earlier, other internet service provider companies Worldlink and Vianet have also gone to Public Limited.
