Suicide bombing in Kabul, 20 killed
Kathmandu – At least 20 people were killed when a suicide bomb exploded in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.
A few others were injured in the explosion near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to officials, a meeting between Taliban and Chinese officials was going on at the time of the bomb blast.
The extremist organization Islamic State has been carrying out such attacks in Afghanistan. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for several explosions in Afghanistan last year.
No organization has yet claimed responsibility for the latest attack, according to the BBC.
